Terms and Conditions
To secure your place on any course or dive trip, we like to request a 50% Deposit be made on your booking in anticipation of your arrival. We would like the remainder of the balance to be settled prior to starting your adventure with us. All Deposits paid for Courses or Fun Diving packages are ordinarily Non-Refundable, please see our Refund Policy below for where exceptions may apply.
Our students and clients are kindly advised to ensure that they have suitable travel and/or medical insurance with appropriate and sufficient coverage for the diving activities that they are qualified to partake in, and such, that they will conduct with us. Our business operations, including our boat, our employees and our dive resort are fully insured to conduct and accommodate our registered and advertised services. In addition to such insurance, it is mandatory for all of our clients to complete and sign the requisite PADI legal and risk management forms before undertaking any instruction or diving activities with us.
Cancellation of any scheduled Courses (excluding Professional Courses) or Fun Dives with less than 48 Hours’ Notice shall incur a charge of 50% of the total outstanding cost of any such Courses or Fun Dives. Cancellation made with less than 24 Hours’ Notice shall incur a charge for the full outstanding amount of any such Course and/or Fun Dive(s).
If we make any cancellation of your Course and/or Fun Dives, and a reschedule is not possible, we will endeavour to apply a full refund for any incomplete portions.
Cancellation of Professional Courses will not be eligible for a refund.
In all cases, will endeavour to work out a solution conducive to all parties.

Usage Data: Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Website or from the Website infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
